Sanctions and watchlist screening of: shipper, consignee, notify party, ultimate consignee, carrier, vessel, vessel owner / operator / beneficial owner, port of loading and discharge, transhipment ports, and known intermediaries. Pattern-based checks for sanctions evasion typologies: ship-to-ship transfers, AIS gaps, flag-hopping, dark-fleet vessels, and named "shadow fleet" tankers. Country-of-origin verification for forced-labour regimes (UFLPA in the US; CSDDD and the EU Forced Labour Regulation in the EU).
